Aqua Spin:

A total body workout and a fun way to exercise in the water. Improves balance, mobility and flexibility. Suits any physical condition, whether you are retired, injured, over-weight or just looking for a workout with a difference.

Aqua Pole/Boxing:

A unique & exciting way to obtain fitness in the water. It ticks all the boxes – toning, strengthening, flexibility, coordination, strength, alleviates pressure on joints and a solid workout. Suitable for young to old – great for those who want the challenge of something different & new.

Fitness Timetable

Bookings are required for classes that use equipment – Aqua Spin, Tsunami, Acqua Pole & Aqua Pole Boxing. Payment for these classes is required at the time of booking. If you are unable to make your booked class, a minimum of ??? hour notice is required for a credit to be applied.
